- Act as the main point of contact for all office maintenance
- Manage vendor relationships, expenses and purchase orders
- Oversight of company documents
- Event planning
- Diary management
- Organise travel and itineraries
- Provide comprehensive support to the Director
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within an international company
- Proficient in all MS packages, experience with Dynamics would be advantageous
- Organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Strong attention to detail and confident in exercising discretion
- Decisive and proactive problem-solver
