Office Manager Role

Location: West End, LondonSalary: £45,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)Predominantly office-based

A highly regarded organisation is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the smooth running of their private family office. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to join a welcoming and professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain supplies of office essentials (stationery, kitchen items, etc.)Collaborate with the property team to ensure timely repairs and maintenanceManage vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring service contracts are metAct as the primary contact for the cleaning service providerHandle supplier queries and negotiate contracts and pricing with vendorsMaintain office audit logs and service schedulesEnsure office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers) is fully operational and liaise with IT as neededManage office filing and document storage systemsSource and compare quotes for office goods and servicesEnsure adherence to health and safety regulationsCoordinate first aid and fire safety training, maintaining updated recordsMonitor and replenish first aid and fire marshal suppliesConduct risk assessments, organize PAT testing, and oversee emergency evacuation proceduresCoordinate seating arrangements and oversee team relocations within the officeAssist with office refurbishment and redesign projects, providing input and overseeing executionMaintain a tidy office environment and support departments with storage solutions
