Office Manager

As the first point of contact for the London office, you'll handle various tasks that are crucial for day-to-day operations:

  • Welcome visitors warmly and maintain front door security.
  • Oversee daily office functions, ensuring everything is tidy and organised.
  • Efficiently book meeting rooms and manage the calendar for meetings. ??
  • Order office supplies, tea, coffee, and snacks to keep the team energised. ???
  • Implement and maintain workplace policies covering fire safety, health & safety, and first aid.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs within the office space.
  • Build and nurture relationships with third-party suppliers and building management.
  • Assist staff with travel arrangements and handle reception phone inquiries. ??
  • Collaborate with HR and IT to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Organise training schedules for incoming team members.
  • Adapt to a variety of ad-hoc duties as they arise.
  • Manage complex and constantly changing calendars across multiple time zones.
  • Assist with scheduling internal and external meetings.
  • Process expenses for senior management.
  • Book and manage travel and accommodation efficiently. ??�?
  • Provide a professional first point of contact for clients, showcasing exceptional communication skills.
