As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage a team will contribute to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements- Supervise and provide guidance to office staff, including training and performance evaluations- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes- Assist with human resources functions such as payroll processing and benefits administration- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Experience:

- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Experience with accounting software is preferred- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to effectively supervise a team and delegate tasks- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures is a plus- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication
