This role is essential for ensuring the office operates efficiently, with a focus on financial management, office administration, and project support. You will play a key part in keeping everything organised while overseeing various tasks to maintain smooth daily operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records in Xero, including accounts, reports, and payroll
- Reconcile bank statements and track expenses
- Oversee office operations, meetings, and calendar management
- Support the Managing Director with project updates and administration
- Handle correspondence, vendor relations, and HR tasks
- Coordinate team events and staff celebrations
- Organise project documents, photoshoots, and website updates
- Track project timelines and manage time-tracking systems
What We Are Looking For:
- 3 + years of office management experience, with a strong understanding of bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Xero / Microsoft Office Suite,
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive problem-solver, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
