If so, we want to hear from you!Our client, a prestigious investment management firm based in Mayfair, is looking for an Office Host to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be the heart of the office, responsible for ensuring that the workplace operates seamlessly and maintains the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:* Stock Management: Oversee office supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are in stock and readily available.* Meeting Room Management: Ensure that meeting rooms are set up to the highest standard, with all necessary equipment and materials in place before meetings begin.* Board Room Calendar Management: Take charge of scheduling and managing the board room calendar, ensuring availability and smooth transitions between meetings.* Office Set Up: Prepare the office for daily operations, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and professional environment for staff and visitors.* Organise Cleaning Services: Liaise with cleaning staff to ensure the office is consistently maintained to the highest standard.* Liaise with Building Management: Communicate effectively with building management to address any issues and ensure the premises are well-maintained
