The Role (Office Management Duties):

This role is all about delivering first-class service. You’ll be the go-to person for creating a vibrant, efficient, and welcoming office space. With your unmatched organisational skills and ability to anticipate needs before they arise, you’ll be the driving force that keeps everything running like clockwork.

Duties:

  • Warmly welcome all visitors and staff, ensuring they have an outstanding first impression.

  • Manage meeting room and desk booking systems to create a seamless experience for all employees.

  • Provide executive-level support, including diary management and meeting coordination.

  • Keep the workspace dynamic, tidy, and well-stocked—because little details create BIG impact.

  • Handle all travel bookings, making sure itineraries are efficient and stress-free.

  • Arrange company events, from quarterly drinks to epic Christmas parties that people actually look forward to!

  • Stay on top of expenses, reimbursements, and ensuring smooth financial administration.

  • Oversee office maintenance, coordinating with suppliers to keep everything in top shape.

  • Take charge of security and building access, keeping everyone safe and informed.

  • Work with contractors to negotiate the best deals and ensure outstanding service delivery.

  • Own fire safety, risk assessments, and first aid processes—because a secure workplace is a productive workplace.

  • Manage office cleaning, waste, air quality, and all things welfare-related to create a high-energy, comfortable environment.

What's in your DNA / Experience Needed:

Ideally 5+ years’ experience in Office Management, Front of House, or a Customer Service role.

Unshakable organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

A 'can-do’ attitude—solutions over excuses, always!

Excellent communication skills, from CEO-level discussions to friendly team interactions.

Confidence in using Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other business tools.

A proactive problem-solver who doesn’t just wait for things to happen—you make them happen!
