Office Manager - Full Time - North London - ASAP Start - Not Term Time Only

Are you an organised and dedicated individual?

We are currently recruiting for a Office Manager to work full time at special needs school based in North London. This is a special needs school that supports the lives of young autistic individuals by providing them with a safe and vibrant learning community.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
  • To have full line management responsibility of the administration team including appraisals and performance management. Responsible for the continuing training and development of admin staff
  • To be responsible for the maintenance of computerised databases (SIMS), creating and updating records and producing reports as required.
  • To attend meetings, document actions arising from meetings attended by Principal, Management Team and self. Prepare, take, type and circulate minutes and record information and action points
