About the Role:My client is seeking a dedicated and professional Office Manager to join their team at their London office. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and providing administrative support to the executive team. While hybrid working is not available, occasional home working for medical appointments can be arranged with prior approval.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general enquiries and phone calls.
  • Book meeting rooms and couriers for events.
  • Meet and greet visitors.
  • Handle daily post and parcel deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Arrange meetings, travel, and accommodation for the executive team.
  • Support staff events and Scheme Events.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Teams.

Personal Competencies:

  • Calm under pressure.
  • Approachable with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships.

Working Hours:The standard working hours are from 9:00am to 5:30pm, with flexibility on start times and lunch breaks. The Office Manager is required to work until 5:00pm to cover phone calls.
