Job Introduction
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our Logistics Control Team, Willesden Euro terminal.
Role Responsibility
• Providing administrative support to the Logistics Team
• Establish, maintain and on project completion, demobilise office, stores and welfare facilities for the duration of the project if necessary
• Manage clerical / secretarial service to senior managers and staff
• Ensure smooth running of the office on daily basis
• Compiling confidential and commercial documents: JV Board Reports, Responsible Procurement report and letters
• Manage Office logistics including office moves, seating plans, organising IT, and arranging access for staff and network access
• Organising and managing of medium and large scale events, such as Christmas parties and team building. This includes sourcing venues, catering, logistics and guest list management
• Support Logistics Control Tower operations where required.
The Ideal Candidate
• Demonstrable Office management experience
• Good interpersonal and organisational skills
• Experience of working on a JV project (though not essential)
• Computer competence (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Relevant CSCS Card
