- Operational leadership – Oversee all operations across the business, as well as developing and implementing operational policies.
- Site and Facilities Management – Oversee the management of the office where necessary, ensuring it is well maintained, liaising with external parties for site maintenance and services
- Office admin – Oversee daily administration tasks, manage office supplies, equipment and workspace allocation
- Finance Oversight – Collaborate with the finance team to monitor and manage budgets, expenses, invoices etc.
- Team collaboration – manage and mentor a team of 3 direct reports, fostering a productive and positive work environment, ensuring all tasks are completed
- 7+ years’ experience within an office management role
- Experience managing multiple sites and external locations
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration (Preferred but not essential)
- Experience in financial reporting and managing budgets
- Experience managing or mentoring a team
- Worked within a fast paced, high-performing corporate environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite and other financial software
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with CRM platforms
- £55-65,000 per annum (DOE)
