What will you do as an Office Manager?

  • Support the directors with day to day running of the business and office
  • Arrange travel for executive team to and from events/trade shows
  • Assist the wider team with submitting expenses as per company policy
  • Manage recruitment processes, creating job descriptions and booking interviews
  • Procurement of office supplies and management of office projects ( Upgrades, IT )
  • Act as the key point of contact for all IT issues ensuring all is resolved
  • Implement a program of varied staff social events to enable team building
  • Communicate processes and staff policy changes to the wider business

What do you need as an Office Manager?

  • Previous experience within a PA/Office Manager role
  • Arranged travel for multiple teams and coordinated cross departments
  • Strong problem solving and good attention to detail
  • Experience working within FMCG would be ideal
  • Proficiency across MS Office platforms
