We are seeking an Office and Admissions Manager to oversee key administrative functions, including admissions, HR, and finance, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of an education institution.
About the RoleIn this role, you will:
- Manage office administration, including communication, databases, and visitor reception.
- Oversee the admissions process, from enquiries to enrolments, building strong relationships with prospective families.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain staff records, including safeguarding requirements.
- Support financial processes, including managing invoices, credit control, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and external stakeholders to coordinate events and activities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in office administration, ideally in an educational or similar setting.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using management systems such as iSAMS (or similar) and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive, 'can-do' approach, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
