We are seeking an Office and Admissions Manager to oversee key administrative functions, including admissions, HR, and finance, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of an education institution.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Manage office administration, including communication, databases, and visitor reception.
  • Oversee the admissions process, from enquiries to enrolments, building strong relationships with prospective families.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain staff records, including safeguarding requirements.
  • Support financial processes, including managing invoices, credit control, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with staff, parents, and external stakeholders to coordinate events and activities.
What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in office administration, ideally in an educational or similar setting.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using management systems such as iSAMS (or similar) and the Microsoft Office suite.
