An award winning and an industry leading financial service firm based in the city require a temp Office Manager who is organised, proactive, and personable to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of their office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory; liaise with vendors as needed
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Onboard new hires and support HR with employee engagement activities
  • Serve as point of contact for building management, IT, and maintenance
  • Process expense reports, invoices, and manage petty cash or budgets if applicable
  • Support senior leadership with adhoc administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards or facilities management advantageous
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Problem-solving mindset with a "can-do" attitude
  • Discretion with confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
