Duties include

  • Welcoming and greeting guests, ensuring they sign in and are assigned guest badges.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for deliveries, downstairs reception, and managing the office phone.
  • Assisting in planning and preparing events with the HR team.
  • Keeping the office running smoothly during busy event weeks, including setting up meeting rooms, arranging catering/food displays, and maintaining the office's presentability.
  • Restocking kitchen spaces.
  • Assisting with managing and sending post.
  • Researching new vendors, finding local suppliers/team activities.
  • Supporting with administrative tasks.

Candidate specifications/requirements

  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
  • Experience in a customer facing role and a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience or interest in working in events would be ideal.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and interact with diverse individuals.
  • Outgoing and friendly personality, comfortable chatting about a variety of topics.
  • Proactive with initiative, open-minded, and willing to take ownership of the role.
