We are looking for a flexible and versatile part-time Office Manager to join an exciting start up based in West London. This is a temporary role with the hope to find someone who can develop into a long term, permanent member of the team down the line. This role will be around 20 hours a week and it can be flexible hours to work around other commitments.What you’ll do:
  • Assist with all office management including implementing processes and streamlining efficiency.
  • Managing all team meetings.
  • Preparing and proof-reading documents.
  • Providing research and analytics reports.
  • Creating presentations and taking meeting notes.

  • An experienced office manager with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Someone happy to work in a small office environment.
  • Someone who has had experience working for a startup company.
  • A ‘go to’ person who likes acting as the office lynchpin.
