We are looking for  highly capable Office Managers to oversee the daily operations of office. The Office Manager will be instrumental in ensuring that the office runs efficiently and effectively, providing support to staff and maintaining a productive work environment.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Oversee and manage the office budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness in all operations.
  • Address staff issues promptly and effectively, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Establish and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all staff have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Organise and schedule meetings and appointments as required.
  • Ensure that health and safety policies are up to date and adhered to.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including setting up workstations and conducting orientations.
  • Handle maintenance issues and liaise with service providers to ensure that the office environment is well-maintained.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with email scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
