We are seeking a part-time Office Manager for a Finance firm located in Covent Garden.
The position requires availability on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8.45am to 6pm, with a pay rate of £18 to £22 per hour.
This role is initially for 4 months, with the possibility of extension.
Candidates should have relevant experience and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities include managing events, lunch orders, stock orders, supporting an office move project, drafting presentations, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and handling invoices.

We are currently looking for part time Office Manager to join a Finance firm in Covent Garden. This will be Wednesday and Thursday 8.45am - 6pm and will be paying £18 - £22 hour. This role is for 4 months although it could be extended. Some proficiency in word, excel and PowerPoint is needed as well as relevant experience.
