Additionally, you will provide HR support, create board packs, arrange events, and assist the sales team with new client proposals. The role also includes light property management for a small portfolio and general business operations support.Skills and Experience Required:
- Organisational Skills - Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Communication - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- PA Experience - Previous experience in a personal assistant role, including diary management and travel coordination.
- HR Support - Familiarity with basic HR functions and processes.
- Event Planning - Experience in organising events and creating board packs.
- Sales Support - Ability to assist with client proposals and support the sales team.
- Property Management - Basic understanding of property management tasks.
