Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations: Assist in the smooth running of our Commercial Property Management department.
  • Point of Contact: Be the first point of contact for tenants and contractors, ensuring their queries and requests are handled promptly.
  • Ticketing & Job Orders: Raise tickets and job orders for commercial repairs, overseeing these tasks from initiation to completion.
  • Purchase Orders: Manage purchase orders for repairs, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution to contractors.
  • Health & Safety: Oversee compliance, instruct audits, and monitor site visits to maintain health and safety standards.
  • Invoicing: Process contractor invoices and address any discrepancies.
  • Key Management: organise and track keys, ensuring seamless access for team members.
  • Team Support: Support diary management, administrative email monitoring, and attend review meetings as required.

Requirements:
