Front of House Manager Permanent, £38,000, Monday - Friday plus exceptional benefitsNew Opening Job Location: City, London Hours: Monday - Friday Prestigious multi tenanted building is seeking an exceptional Reception team lead to oversee the ground floor guest experience, a team of receptionists and the provision of meeting room bookings and community events. The role will involve community engagement with the company's employees ensuring their guests receive an exceptional service. You will also be working closely with the Building Manager. The role reports into the Building Manager who is ideally looking for someone who has corporate experience looking to take the next step into a supervisory role. This role will grow as time moves as the tenants will gradually move in over a twelve month period. Working in a spectacular front of house space you will have the opportunity to set up new processes, procedures with regards to the guest welcome as well as assist the occupants with their move in. You will be given the opportunity to hire your own team and set the standard and tone of the service office. The Building Manager is looking for a candidate who understands best in class service who is willing to go above and beyond to plan and execute five-star service standards. The opportunity:* You will have autonomy to create service standards from scratch* Create your own team putting together job descriptions and hiring the best talent * Creation of the "guest journey" and owning the service * Planning a program of engagement events for the tenants to participate and network * Ensuring that your team are trained and are part of your journey which is ultimately to deliver impeccable service * Develop a friendly, engaging community environment assisting the stakeholders in the building whilst they are moving in I would love to hear from candidates who have the following: * Previous experience working in a 5* corporate/Hotel environment essential as well as corporate experience* Experience in managing a front of house team on a daily basis working with your team leading from the front * Proven experience in motivating a team to achieve an excellent service* Immaculate personal presentation, articulate communication skills * Flexible and adaptable to respond to differing client needs - engaging with a mix of stakeholders * Previous experience in delivering pop up events working with local businesses * Confident, enthusiastic and motivated to deliver great service If this role is of interest, please respond to arrange a confidential chat to talk through the role and our next career step.
