- Meeting and greeting visitors ensuring professional service always
- Answering the phone and fielding queries
- Managing meeting rooms
- Distribute incoming and outgoing post
- Ordering office stock (stationary and kitchen) and ensuring the office is well stocked at all times
- Coordinating deliveries and organising couriers
- Providing Health & Safety checks for the office
- Support with the organisation of social events within the office and outside the office
- Coordinating the cleaning crew
What you'll need to succeed
- Ability to travel into the office 5 days a week, 9am-6pm
- Experience in a similar role
- Positive and hardworking team player!
