Residential Office Coordinator - Surrey Quays, Docklands - £25,000 to £32,000 Dependant on ExperienceMy client, a successful independent Estate Agency, are currently seeking an experienced residential office coordinator to support the lettings and sales team with their administration. You will join the family feel team in Surrey Quays where you will have the opportunity for career progression in estate agency. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations and provide administrative support to the sales and lettings teams
  • Maintain office schedules and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Handle front of house, respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information to customers, clients, and colleagues
  • Prepare documents and reports, including tenancy agreements and packs
  • Handle tenancy progression from offer to move in, booking in check ins, check outs
  • Handling referencing process and right to rent checks
  • Landlord checks
  • Assist with renewals and paperwork
  • Assist sales team with AML checks and sales packs
  • Manage and maintain office inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring the office is fully stocked and functional

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous experience in Lettings or Sales Administration within the property industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, clients, and colleagues
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other common office software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
