This upmarket global real estate agency with an enviable reputation and an international network of offices, currently has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced residential Sales Administrator to join the team in Mayfair.

They are looking for a someone who is enthusiastic, confident, takes initiative and has excellent attention to detail, to work in this busy and dynamic office.

You'll be responsible for supporting the team by dealing with enquiries via phone email or in-person, general administration and compliance. You will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, as well as providing admin assistance to the sales team, comprising three directors and one associate director.

Responsibilities will include the following:

• Being the first point of contact for all enquiries• Ensuring the office adheres to company standards meeting audit tasks• Managing the marketing process of properties, ordering photos and floorplans, adding new instructions to the CRM (Reapit), ensuring descriptions are accurate, producing brochures, effectively engaging with social media• Recording staff, sickness timesheets and holidays• Issuing sales invoices and processing supply invoices in a timely fashion, managing petty cash.• Supporting the team with diary management• Drawing up the agenda for weekly sales meeting and recording the minutes• Assisting with the planning and delivery of local events• Ensuring that new starters are set up properly• Compliance: ensuring all files are compliant with signed terms of business, preparing agency agreements, gathering the documentation for the ownership structure of the property, and liaising with the company’s compliance teams where required• Adhering to the companies ISO, money laundering, health and safety policies as well as the company code of conduct• Responsible for office health and safety checks, office first aid and fire warden (training will be provided).

Personal specification:

• Experience within estate agency administration• IT literate - experience using FluxPro and Reapit would be extremely advantageous• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Take pride in personal presentation• Strong people management skills - can motivate team members• Excellent organisational and prioritising ability• Meticulous attention to detail• Ability to work flexibly• Team player• Ability to cope with routine tasks• Dependable - the team can rely on the job holder to work to deadlines• Enthusiasm to do a good job.

The salary on offer for this role will be in the region of ÂŁ30,000 to ÂŁ36,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Christmas and New Year, pension, private health insurance after probation, life assurance, rewards platform, and more.
