Scheduling Administrator - Hackney - c£25,000

We are proud to be working with one of East London's most established domestic appliance and electrical company's, as they look to engage a Repairs Scheduling Administrator to join their close knit team.

Proud of the excellent customer service reputation they have gained, this is a customer facing role supporting the repairs team, dealing with customer requirements as they arise and taking responsibility for the daily management their engineers diary.

You will be a highly organised administrator with exceptional customer care skills. You will be confident in multi-tasking and taking ownership of client requirements through to final completion.

You would see the process through from initial client engagement to the completion of the repair, keeping the client informed at every stage.

Full training will be offered.

Some of the duties of the role include (but are not limited to):

  • Direct engagement with customers to establish their requirement / need by phone and email
  • Engineer diary management
  • Making sure that engineers have the relevant information and parts ordered for each job
  • Sending quotes to Clients for approval to carry out repairs/replacements
  • Ensuring receipt of all relevant paperwork/reports from the engineer
  • Ensure correct information is collated for invoicing
  • General office administration

Key skills / experience required:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and muti-task
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages including outlook, word and excel

The hours/ days of work are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30 or 09:00 - 18:00.
