A Mainstream Secondary School in Greenwich is seeking an experienced School Administrator to join their team immediately. This is a full-time, long-term position offering a great opportunity for an organised and efficient individual with strong administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support to the school office

  • Maintain and update student records using SIMS or BROMCOM

  • Manage attendance records, admissions, and enrollment processes

  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external agencies

  • Support finance, HR, and safeguarding tasks as needed

  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and school policies

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in school administration is essential

  • Proficiency in SIMS or BROMCOM
