Are you an experienced School Administrator with a strong background in office-based roles and proficiency in SIMS? We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our secondary school in Ealing on a full-time basis.

About the Role

As a School Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school's daily administrative tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing student records and data using SIMS.
  • Supporting attendance, admissions, and reporting processes.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for staff, parents, and visitors in the school office.
  • Coordinating communication between staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
  • Handling general office duties, including filing, answering calls, and managing correspondence.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a school office-based role, with a strong understanding of school systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in SIMS (essential).
