  • Acting as the face of the business - meeting and greeting VIPs, high net worth individuals, and clients
  • Managing the switchboard, responding to phone calls and email enquiries
  • Running the office - coordinating supplies, facilities, meeting rooms, catering 
  • Supporting the EAs and Admin Managers with expenses, presentations, team events and more

  • Enthusiastic, communicative, and polished
  • 'No task too big or small approach' with a real hunger to learn
  • Experienced in high end client services, Reception/Admin/Office Coordination, top tier events and high end hospitality
  • Immediately available to commence
