Our client is looking for an Account Director to lead its fast-growing London office. This is a central and pivotal hire for the business. The agency specialises in the B2B professional services space and they are ideally looking for someone with B2B experience but someone who is passionate about creative design.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, the Account Director will manage 6-8 key accounts, leading a team of two Account Executives and an Editorial Consultant. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading client campaigns, from onboarding to reviews, ensuring strategies are executed effectively.
  • Serving as the primary client contact, developing media stories and providing senior PR counsel.
  • Managing team recruitment, coaching, and performance.
  • Ensuring budget profitability and contributing to agency culture and reputation.

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be passionate about design, with a strong background in PR and experience running campaigns and managing teams. Key qualities include:
