Head of Social | Fast Growth Health & Wellness Brand | London
Harmonic is excited to bring to market one of the most exciting roles this year in the social media space. We have partnered with an emerging hospitality company who have taken the market by storm and are now looking for an ambitious Head of Social to support with their next stage of growth.
Health, wellness and wellbeing sit at the heart of our client's brand and as a result they have swiftly become a staple in the London market, with plans to expand further. By using only the freshest of ingredients which are sustainably sourced and often plant-based our client has already made a huge impact in the quick service food space.
This is a unique opportunity be part of an amazing company that is going through a growth phase bringing with it huge development opportunities. They are looking to add around 10 sites in the next 15 months in and around London to add to their list of restaurants.
Based in a brand-new Zone-1 HQ this role will be part of a values led team who are committed to building out an environment which is both collaborative and inclusive. After their investment into plush central London offices, the team often go in 4-5 days per week to partner on projects and initiatives. The Head of Social will partner with the operations teams and site teams to produce top quality content to drive commercial performance as well as exposure to the brand.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic direction of social media channels to elevate brand awareness, foster community growth, and achieve business results. Develop and own the long-term social roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and collaborating closely with the founders and brand team.
- Actively engage and expand the brand's social media community by building advocacy programs, coordinating influencer visits, and fostering partnerships that enhance consumer engagement and loyalty.
- Monitor and assess the performance of social media channels, leveraging insights to refine strategies and optimize impact across all platforms.
- Work closely with the Senior Brand and Marketing Manager and the Creative Director to synchronize social content with broader brand and product initiatives, creating cohesive and compelling narratives.
- Leverage existing influencer networks to foster optimal partnerships, managing communications effectively to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Contribute to PR, marketing, and brand activations by supporting events and activations, ensuring alignment with brand identity and goals.
What our client would like to see:
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, Capcut and Canva.
- Confident in building out a brand on all the main social media platforms with a track record of success (Tik Tok, Reels, Instagram etc).
- Enjoyment of working as part of a team as well as working with a high level of autonomy.
What we would like to see (not essential):
- Experience in working with retail / hospitality / food / beverage or health & wellness brands would be beneficial
