Social Media Manager - Social Agency - London (Hybrid) - £35-40k

The Agency

My client is a social agency built on a people-centric attitude, focused on building and delivering the best social campaigns for their clients, within the food and beverage, entertainment, and retail space.

The Role

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with clients' goals and brand objectives.
  • Create and manage content calendars across multiple social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
  • Oversee daily social media content creation, including writing posts, designing visuals, and editing videos.
  • Monitor and engage with social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates to ensure content is fresh and relevant.
  • Report on campaign results, preparing detailed reports for clients with insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and is consistent across platforms.

About You

  • 3+ years managing social media accounts, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
  • Background in content creation.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to track performance and optimize strategies.
  • Expertise in community management, engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages.
  • Skilled in brand voice and ensuring content is consistent with client guidelines across all platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and team collaboration.
  • Ability to work closely with creative teams to develop compelling content aligned with brand objectives.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and best practices to keep content relevant and innovative.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts, content calendars, and deadlines efficiently.
