A prestigious charity in London are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager on a six month FTC. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape their social media strategy and enhance their presence online. The ideal candidate will be ready to bring their own ideas and inspiration, focusing on promoting our brand and recruiting graduates to our schemes.
Day-to-day of the role:- Develop and implement both organic and paid social media strategies to drive traffic to our website and increase engagement.
- Lead all social media campaigns from conception to execution, aiming to acquire new graduate support workers.
- Manage the social media roadmap and monthly content calendar to meet specific objectives.
- Define targeting strategies to reach relevant audiences, employing a test and learn approach to optimize performance and demonstrate ROI.
- Manage budgets and provide forecasting around key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Produce compelling artwork to ensure campaigns stand out.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the success of both paid and organic campaigns.
- Continuously improve internal services and processes related to social media.
- Manage all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Blue Sky.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and innovations, ensuring all activities comply with regulatory guidelines.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Social Media role, managing multiple accounts.
- Solid understanding of the technical aspects of social media and its integration into different strategies for driving engagement and conversions.
- Demonstrable experience in content management and storytelling.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and original ideas.
- Flexible approach to work hours and locations.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
