A prestigious Business School based in the West End is seeking a Team Administrator to join the Management Department on a 3-month temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and professional individual to provide high-level support to the team. You will be working Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 5:00 (flexible hours), 3 days in office. My client is looking for a candidate to start next week, if you are interested, please apply today. What You Will DoIn this strategic role, you will take ownership of key processes, ensuring operational excellence and consistency across the administrative team. Day to day: • Providing administrative support to the academic staff• Support the finance team, expenses, raising Pos, updating the database• Supporting the HR team with scheduling interviews and dealing with contracts• PA support to the senior team, scheduling and prioritizing inbox matters • Scheduling events, conferences, minute taking • Preparing PowerPoint slides, format documents • Maintaining the spreadsheets and database with great care• Project work – research Who You AreWe are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You must have experience working in higher education & enjoy working in a team.
