Local Authority is looking for an experienced ASB Manager to lead our efforts in resolving ASB issues and improving the quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team addressing ASB complaints and statutory nuisances, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
  • Investigate complex cases of ASB and statutory nuisances, including noise complaints, waste management, and environmental issues under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce ASB and promote community cohesion.
  • Collaborate with residents, partner agencies, and enforcement teams to deliver coordinated responses to ASB issues.
  • Prepare reports, gather evidence, and attend legal proceedings to support enforcement actions under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 and other relevant legislation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in ASB management, including handling statutory nuisances under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
