We are seeking a dedicated Passenger Assistant Coordinator to join our team, working with children and vulnerable adults. This role requires a compassionate individual who can ensure safe and efficient transport services. An enhanced DBS is required due to the nature of the work.
Day-to-day of the role:- Coordinate and oversee the transportation of children and vulnerable adults to and from various locations.
- Ensure all safety protocols and guidelines are followed during transport.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and families to ensure a smooth operation.
- Manage schedules and routes efficiently to meet the needs of clients.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during transport promptly and effectively.
- Enhanced DBS check (required).
- Experience in a coordination role, preferably in a transport or care setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with children and vulnerable adults.
