Responsibilities:�? Provide essential secretarial support to the CHRO?? Manage diaries and arrange meetings-coordinating with other staff and handling room bookings?? Filter calls, take messages, and manage communications?? Organise business trips, including hotel and travel arrangements?? Handle invoices and manage expense claims related to various departments?? Typing and amending documents and presentations as needed?? Support with various HR administrative tasks, including absence management and recruitment.

- Experience working within HR Administration

- Strong organisational skills and initiative
