EA to CFO within insurance, providing senior level EA support to the CFO with some support to the COO. Temp-to-perm role.3 days work from home, & 2 office days can be from their Essex or London office.

Temp-to-Perm - must be available to start immediately on a temp basis initially

  • EA to CFO
  • Salary: 45-52k (temp to perm - hourly rate whilst temping £22-25ph+)
  • Location: City (EC4)
  • Hybrid (2 days in office - 3 days working from home)

EA duties:

  • Manage diary and meetings for the CFO and COO and proactively resolve diary conflicts and keep schedules up to date.
  • Anticipate and prepare information for meetings, appointments, and presentations; follow up on information requests and reports.
  • Putting together and preparing Board packs.
  • Organise and attend meetings, taking accurate minutes and updated action logs.
  • Organise travel and accommodation for the CFO, COO and wider team.
  • Arrange meeting rooms for internal and external meetings.
  • Set up conference calls and video meetings.
  • Screen and manage emails, calls, enquiries, and requests.

EA Skills:

  • Experience supporting a CFO or FD or Head of Finance
  • Excellent IT skills, strong MS Office and the ability to pick up new systems.
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Team player, uses initiative
