OverviewA growing player in the refurbished electronics market is looking for a trustworthy and reliable eCommerce Sales Administrator to support the buying and selling of consumer electronics. This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, managing listings, handling inventory updates, and ensuring smooth B2B transactions on Backmarket and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily buying and selling activities, including coordinating with electronics recyclers and trade partners in the USA.
  • Communicate stock details with sellers and work closely with the UK-based operations provider.
  • Manage product listings, perform quality checks, and oversee sales on Backmarket through the Limworks platform.
  • Handle customer care messages and provide holistic eCommerce sales support, ensuring listings pull through to drive sales.
  • Use demand intelligence tools to ensure accurate product pricing.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in eCommerce sales administration or marketplace management.
  • Familiarity with Limworks or similar eCommerce aggregator tools.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and work independently.
  • Reliable, proactive, and highly organized
