Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

Actively engage with potential customers to promote and sell our products/services.

Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to answer customer queries effectively

Customer Interaction:

Approach and interact with customers in various locations across London.

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.

Sales Reporting:

Keep track of daily sales and report figures to the sales manager.

Collect customer feedback and relay it to the team for continuous improvement.

Product Display and Maintenance:

Assist in setting up sales displays and ensure they are visually appealing.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service and Fundraising is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
