Position: Hard FM Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on healthcare sites
Manage internal staff and external contractors including compliance
Technical hard FM issues on dispersed portfolio
Work with construction projects department and provide expert hard FM advice
CAFM
(Hard FM background or associated qualification)
