Job Title: HR Coordinator

Location: London (hybrid 3 days in the office, 2 days at home)

Remuneration: £16 - £18 per hour

Contract Details: 3 months Temporary

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (flexibility needed due to working across different time zones)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create and edit job descriptions.
  • Advertise roles and liaise with the reward team to price positions competitively.
  • Post job ads on various job boards to attract top talent.
  • Share candidate applications with hiring managers and conduct screenings if experienced.
  • Organise and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process for candidates.
  • Manage the journey from interview to offer stage, working closely with hiring managers.
  • Generate employment contracts and handle right to work checks and references.
  • Create and maintain records on the HR platform for new starters and share onboarding details with payroll.
  • Oversee terms and conditions of employment and manage offboarding processes within the UK.
  • Stay updated on UK employment laws to provide accurate HR advice.
  • Support global managers with HR queries, leveraging the supportive HR team.
  • Manage HR system data effectively and maintain the HR inbox.
  • Assist with ad-hoc requests, including processing annual leave forms.

Experience/Skill Set:

  • Strong understanding of UK employment legislation.
  • Ability to manage both strategic and operational tasks independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and effective time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones in a global setting.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously, while also being a team player.
  • Strong integrity, reliability, and a keen attention to detail.
