Your new companyYou will be working for a global financial services firm in Central London.This role will operate on a hybrid working model with the expectation to be in their London offices 2 days per week with the remaining 3 days as WFH.Your new roleYou will be working as a Temporary HR Operations Administrator for an initial 4 month period however there is potential for this role to become permanent.Some duties will include
- Administer the onboarding process to ensure an excellent experience for all new joiners.
- Ensure prompt delivery of complete new starter documentation provided for payroll purposes.
- Triage the busy and varied HR inbox, so prompt response and resolution times are maintained.
- Perform verifications of right to work documentation in line with legislative requirements.
- Ensure appropriate records and correspondence maintained with regard to the employee probation process.
- Communicate people change data to internal stakeholders.
- Provide templated references for employees and former employees, upon request.
- Provide visa support documentation for company travellers upon request.
- Process relevant invoices according to company policy.
- Support annual exercises in the HR Operations space, including but not limited to, Performance Evaluation and Develop Programme, Overseas Travel Leave and collation of public holiday dates in BII geographies.
- Provide project support to the Head of HR Operations and Systems and HRIS
- Associate including, but not limited to, organisational change, other HRIS implementation and audit activities.
- Assist with the delivery of the HRIS continuous innovation plan for all HR systems and its processes, which includes opportunities for significant developments e.g. system upgrades, expanded functionality and automation of manual elements of processes.
