An Interim HR Coordinator to:
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures- Participate in the recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates- Manage HR databases and maintain accurate employee records- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations- Support employee on boarding and off boarding processes- Handle HR-related queries from staff- Support across all ER activity
Profile
The successful Interim HR Coordinator will have:
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases- Excellent communication and organisational skills- Excellent attention to detail- A proactive and positive approach to tasks
- strong understanding of ER processes
