A Interim HR Projects (HRIS) to:

- Review the current HRIS (Bamboo HR), doing an assessment of current capability, and look at functionality improvements

- The HRIS is currently operating to a basic functionality

- Lead on implementing a variety of modules such as, recruitment, and performance management

- Review current HR processes, and re-design new process maps, as well as align the HRIS to these processes

- Integrate processes, templates and improve overall user experience of the HRIS

- Support on training to upskill the organisation on the HRIS functionality

- Create FAQ's for queries

- Look at improving existing modules and functionality, such as the time off module

- Integrate HR business process into the HRIS

- Improve system capability and functionality, looking at automation

Profile

A Interim HR Projects (HRIS) with:

- Previous experience of implementing a HRIS or improving system capability / functionality

- Previous experience using Bamboo HR essential

- Able to start from April
