Our client, a well-respected charity based in Islington/Angel, is currently looking for a temp HR Administrator for approximately 3 months - you should be able to offer accurate admin support and have the following the following experience:-
- Processing lifecycle change paperwork within a HR system - starters, leavers, hour changes, job title changes, probationary reviews, sickness absence etc
- HR system experience - Cascade would be ideal, but any system experience would work
- Sickness absence deductions; being able to identify when an absence takes someone over an OSP threshold, for example
- Contract generation
- Contractual change letter generation
- Basic data reporting - being able to pull reports from within a system and display in Excel
- Managing a shared Outlook inbox
- Experience with Sharepoint
This is a lovely, welcoming team who are really busy and need you to come help them. This will be a full time hybrid opportunity with 2/3 days a week in the office.
The role will be to start around Monday 24 March 2025 for 3 months.
