Job Title:Japanese Speaking PR Assistant

Your New Salary:13.33 per hour (equivalent to approximately 26,000 per annum)
Office-based in London
Temp until end of March 2025 (possible extension)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:30
Japanese Speaking PR Assistant - What You'll be Doing:
- Assisting with Japanese local government promotional activities
- Liaising with municipalities, UK travel agencies, and clients via meetings, email, and phone
- Attending regular meetings and creating meeting minutes
- Drafting content for newsletters
- Arranging inspection trips
- Preparing reports on implemented projects
Japanese Speaking PR Assistant -The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Business-level Japanese and English
- Strong communication skills for client and agency interactions
- Ability to work full-time office hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00-17:30, weekends and holidays off)
- Flexibility for early-morning meetings (7:00 or 8:00 start time), attended from home with potential for early finish
