Work closely with consultants to ensure that invoices are correctly issued to the correct client contact, and that queries are quickly resolved.

Outstanding invoice management

Take ownership of all temporary contract workers invoicing. Ensuring correct Purchase orders and other client requirements are managed accordingly.
Dispatch weekly and monthly manual invoices.
Ensure invoices are issued on candidate start date.
Ensure all invoices are posted correctly to the finance systems.
To resolve and perm or temp rate queries, providing fee analysis where necessary.
