Our client based in the Battersea area, are looking for a maintenance technician to work on-site, assisting and supporting with the smooth running of all aspects of the production area.

Requirements and Attributes they are looking for are :-

  • Enthusiastic professional who gets the job done with passion and interest
  • Extremely reliable in terms of attendance and time keeping
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, while maintaining a friendly, courteous and helpful attitude to colleagues at all times.
  • Supportive and encouraging to other colleagues, especially to Production Assistants
  • Willing to learn new tasks and skills
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage time and tasks efficiently.
  • Experience within a similar role or setting.

ROLE SPECIFICS

  • Covering holidays when requested.
  • Ability to troubleshoot.
  • Reading electrical drawings and able to use testers and other tools.
  • Cleaning of equipment.
  • Keeping the on site workshop in good order.
  • Repairing the machines as required.
  • Undertaking regular maintenance on the machines as per the Cleaning and Maintenance schedules.
  • Repairing and maintaining items and equipment for the production areas.
