Fab new immediately available for an Executive. Assistant role supporting SVP level Exec for this globally renowned TV/Film Studio. You will play a pivotal part in the day-to-day support and organisation. Previous experience within International TV/Film Studios is highly advantageous. Duties for this role will be fairly traditional and will mostly involve:
- Diary Management across multiple time zones and with constantly changing deadlines/priorities
- Liaison with clients and key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Travel Coordination
- Expense processing
- Organising team and client events/hospitality
- Putting together meeting packs and presentations
This will run as a weekly paid interim assignment for initially 6 months. To be considered for this role you must be available to commence a new role with no notice period.
